We accept all major credit cards and debit cards for online bookings. Parking Deals UK will appear on your bank statement.
To amend your booking by sending an email on info@heathrowmeetandgreet.co.uk. You can change details such as the parking dates and personal information. Please note that amendments may be subject to availability.
There's a £10 charge for any amendment, depending on the nature of the change and the timing- you can extra days to your booking on pro rata rates prior to departure date. Further Details about amendment fees are available in our terms and conditions.
All cancellations should be requested in writing. You can cancel your reservation by emailing on info@heathrowmeetandgreet.co.uk. Cancellations must be made prior to the stipulated cutoff time to qualify for a refund.
Refunds for cancelled bookings are processed in accordance with our cancellation policy, which typically provides details on timelines and possible deductions. Please refer to our terms and conditions for specific details.
Drive to the designated Meet & Greet drop-off area detailed in your booking confirmation. A parking attendant will meet you there to collect your keys and park your car.
Ultra Low Emission Zone (ULEZ) is expanding across all London boroughs including Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023. If you drive anywhere within the ULEZ, including the Heathrow Airport from 29 August 2023, and your vehicle does not meet the emissions standards, you will have to pay a charge of 12.50. Please make sure to setup AUTO PAY when dropping the vehicle to us to avoid any penalty tickets as the vehicles are moved in between compounds. We will not be liable in case you receive a penalty for not paying the ULEZ charge.
If you expect to return later than planned, please inform us as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply for the extra time your vehicle is parked in our facility, depending on our terms and services.

We are committed to offering our customers the most convenient and high-quality parking booking service. Achieving this standard requires significant resources, including staffing, technical and marketing costs. To support these operations, we charge a booking fee, which is applied at checkout, and a processing fee, which is incorporated into the quoted price. These fees enable us to maintain the level of service you expect and deserve when booking on our website.
Cancellation cover allows you to cancel your booking up to 24 hours before your departure for a refund, minus an admin fee of £20. It does not waive the admin fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the departure date are not covered.
